In Thunderbird 102, the DKIM tooltip for From header does not work.

Added a new result tooltip (HTML instead of XUL) to fix the tooltip for the From header.
Note that the tooltip looks a little different than the old one, and is also used for the favicon.

Just noticed that on TB 102 the new tooltip does not overflow the header area. With a lot of warnings this results in an ugly scrolling, even if the tooltip is not visible.
