fix(ci): defuse bot-authored mentions at punctuation and Markdown boundaries - #5105
Conversation
…ndaries The translated-body sanitizer only treated whitespace and an open paren as mention boundaries, so a bot-authored translation could emit a live @mention after a comma, bracket, or blockquote marker and ping a user who never consented to the notification. Widen the boundary class to any non-token character while still refusing to rewrite emails, scoped packages, and other mid-token at-signs.
📝 WalkthroughWalkthroughThe translation sanitizer now defuses mentions after punctuation and Markdown boundaries. Tests cover comma-separated, bracketed, blockquote, and team references while preserving emails and scoped package references. ChangesMention Sanitization

Preserve punctuation-bearing email addresses.
The boundary treats !, =, and / as delimiters. For example, x!@example.com`` matches the mention pattern and becomes x!@\u200bexample.com. Exclude valid email local parts or expand the mid-token character set, and add a regression test.

Motivation
The translated-body sanitizer only treated whitespace and an open paren as mention boundaries. A bot-authored translation could therefore emit a live
@mentionafter a comma, bracket, or blockquote marker and ping a user who never consented to the notification.Description
sanitizeTranslationBody: widen the mention boundary from(^|[\s(])to(^|[^A-Za-z0-9._%+:-]), so a@loginor@org/teamfollowing punctuation or a Markdown delimiter is defused while emails, scoped package names, and other mid-token at-signs are still left alone.Tests
node --test .github/scripts/issue-translation.test.cjs— 68 pass; the mention-boundary case now covers comma, bracket, and blockquote delimiters alongside the preserved email andnpm:@scopecases.Review readiness checklist
