docs(devlog): record the delivery audit for the providers home/quota unit - #3475
Conversation
…unit Closes the unit with what was actually verified against origin/dev 38b0c09 rather than remembered: the source shape of both controls on the merged tree, locale key parity across all nine catalogs, typecheck/lint/55 focused tests on a branch off that head, live CDP proof of /api/provider-quotas?refresh=1 -> 200, keyboard reachability of the brand at 700px, and ancestry proof for all three merge commits (#3466, #3472, #3473). Also records why the work landed as three PRs instead of the one planned — review found two locales documenting a control they did not describe, and duplicated plan docs from a rename pushed as adds without deletes — and keeps the two judgment calls that a future reader would otherwise have to rediscover: why the success string is weaker than "refreshed", and why the Accounts control was moved rather than added.

📝 WalkthroughWalkthroughThe PR adds a delivery-record document for the providers home and quota refresh work. It records merged PRs, requirement audits, validation results, scope changes, and two accepted implementation decisions. ChangesProviders home and quota refresh delivery record

Move the completed unit to
_fin
This record declares the unit's terminal outcome as DONE, but leaves the entire unit under devlog/_plan, so repository navigation continues to classify completed work as open. Move this directory to devlog/_fin/260904_providers_home_and_quota_refresh/ in the same commit that records completion.

Correct the merge-commit terminology in devlog/_plan/260904_providers_home_and_quota_refresh/040_delivery_record.md:14-15.
The PR-to-commit mapping is correct, but 1e3589531, b08e14e91, and 38b0c09b6 each have one parent. They are not two-parent Git merge commits. Change the table header from Merge commit to Commit, and state that the commits map to the listed PRs and are ancestors of origin/dev.

Summary
Closes the
260904_providers_home_and_quota_refreshunit with a delivery record written from what was verified againstorigin/dev38b0c09b6, not from memory of doing the work. The audit reads the merged tree directly (
git show origin/dev:<path>) for both controls, confirms all nine locale catalogs carry the three new keys, and re-runsbun run typecheck, bun run lint:guiand 55 focused GUI tests on a branch cut from that head. Live proof was taken against a build of the merged tree on an isolated scratch instance: a CDP capture ofGET /api/provider-quotas?refresh=1returning 200 with the "Quota check complete" status, and the brand reachable as the second tab stop at 700px where Enter navigates to#dashboardwith the drawer closed. All three merge commits (#3466, #3472, #3473) are ancestry-proven.It also records the two judgment calls a future reader would otherwise have to rediscover — why the success string is deliberately weaker than "refreshed" (a 200 does not prove every upstream probe succeeded), and why the Accounts control was moved rather than added (it existed, below every account's stacked bars, off-screen with two accounts) — plus an honest note on why the work landed as three PRs instead of the one planned.
Verification
bun run typecheck-> exit 0 onorigin/devheadbun run lint:gui-> exit 0bun teston 10 focused files -> 55 pass / 0 faildevlog/, and no component, stylesheet, locale catalog, or runtime file is touched, so there is no rendered change to capture.Checklist
Devlog prose only — no auth, credential, workflow, or release surface.
