[Android] RetroArch doesn't quit properly

Description

The way RetroArch quits is interpreted by the Android system as a crash and RetroArch frequently "crashing" as a bug.

Expected behavior

Quit properly.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Open RetroArch.
2. Quit RetroArch.
