…mbstick so now keys 1-9 are all mapped to the right stick, and map Enter/Clear and Keypad 0 to other unused buttons so they are available both via the on screen keyboard or as direct buttons now.

Adds input descriptors so that buttons can leverage input remapping functionality.
The right stick was already configured to map to numpad 1-4 and 6-9 - I added keypad 5 to the right thumbstick button so now the full range of 1-9 keys are mapped to the right stick.
Also added Enter/Clear and numpad 0 to the LT/RT and left thumbstick buttons so that between the right stick and those new keys all of the numpad buttons are mapped to a button in addition to being available with the on screen keyboard functionality.
