TODO: Expand use of Metbase API

The role currently interacts with the Metabase API locally to create the initial admin user, and to add databases programmatically.

This could be expanded to allow a few more useful options like programmatically removing databases or adding more complex configurations directly via the role.

This is even more important now that we have serialization. we could "reinitialize" the destination installation before importing the serialized content
