Align Go/JS/dotnet perf images with current toolchains and harness behavior to reduce avoidable interop/build failures, while scoping local build artifacts via per-image ignore files. Made-with: Cursor
Remove conflicting negated impl/baseline ignore patterns so changed-impl selection runs with only ~failing exclusions, matching transport workflow behavior. Made-with: Cursor
Map perf workflow select/ignore inputs to implementation filters so baseline suites still run by default, and narrow the failing alias to specific known failing test cases. Made-with: Cursor
