Question about ligand transport distance

Thank you for a very useful tool,

I want to know for a secreted ligand, how is the distance it can travel calculated? Or is the transport distance for each secreted ligand specified?

Thank you for your usage. The ligand transport distance can be calculated by 'hn.tl.default_w_visium' and plotted by 'hn.pl.select_w'. The detailed calculation method is described in the 'Edge weighting strategy' section of our manuscript on Biorxiv.
