Currently if you are not familiar with the maintainers for a repository you have to look at the MAINTAINERS file to know who to ping.

Suggestion is for LGTM to respond to a pull request by adding a comment specifying maintainers. This would say who the maintainers are and maybe how many people need to LGTM. Might be useful to not do the comment if the maintainers were already specified in the pull request.

Somewhat related to #1.
