What's changed:
- Update reveal.js to 4.2.1
- Switch math rendering to KaTex and include v0.15.1 in the repository
- Use Computer Modern as the main font. It matches the maths font a bit better and offers a different look from the default Source Sans Pro used by reveal.
- Clean and better structure the CSS classes for columns, footnotes, etc.
- Include a code example and other highlighting stylesheets.
- Add more detailed usage instructions to the README.
- Add at least one example of every custom CSS class to the slides.
