Feature Request: locale support with country code

At the moment, i18n is done by one file per language.

This ignores different language variants per region, e.g. #278 PT-BR and other common variants like EN-GB and EN-US.

A solution could be a new selction dialogue within Laragon settings...

that supports different locale files per language.
