[Bug report] Moon is glitched/invisible in the Laundry Pool

Describe the bug
The Moon is invisible inside the Laundry Pool on the First Day, Second Day, and during the daytime of the Final Day. The moon is rendered incomplete on the night of the Final Day. If Link wears the Zora's Mask and dives into the pool and looks up in first person, the Moon will be fully rendered on all other days.

To Reproduce
Simply look up into the sky at the Laundry Pool to see no moon on the 1st, 2nd and Final Day. On the the night of the Final Day, the Moon won't be completely rendered.

This bug was introduced in Majora's Mask 3D by Grezzo. This is completely unacceptable and honestly ridiculous.

It looks to me like the skybox is sitting too low, or some material isn't in place that allows the moon to be seen through the skybox. Can level geometry be patched?
