Add animations and sound effects

The following animations should be added:

• locking animation when a block is started, before focus mode is activated
• card flipping animation when flipping cards in the deck, or selecting items in the mini-deck
• zooming out/in animation when activating deck overview or selecting an item in deck overview, respectively
• timer ring animation around timer circle in focus mode
• rotating animation for arrows in ToggleList headers
• rolling up/rolling down animations for body of ToggleLists
• sound effects for switching cards, adding items, etc
