Stable release v3.9-r1

* Use the component name in CSS selectors

Stable release v3.8-r1. Changes:

* Fix rendering of activity descriptions inside activities
* Set desired share permissions instead of relying on the default
* Fix edge-case that occurred when the active oauth2 issuer had been deleted
* Tested against Moodle 3.8

Stable release v3.7-r2. Changes:

* Generated paths will not contain a slash (`/`) anymore.
* Paths are now of the form `Module name (id 9)` instead of `..._id_9`, thus achieving consistency with the naming scheme of repository_nextcloud.
* A new segment is added to the end of the path. Generated paths always end in `mod_collaborativefolders`, also for consistency with the naming scheme of repository_nextcloud.
