There's really no reason one should ever want to proceed at this point.
Only show confirmation when there are local stills but switcher is empty.

We kept having folks press Pull instead of Repair, which resulted in clobbering the local copy of media with the contents of a blank switcher. Not good.
This adds a confirmation prompt if the user tries to Pull and it would overwrite local media.
