Renames dupilicate recommendations endpoint names

Summary

This PR renames the recommendation event endpoints to api/events/recommendations, api/events/recommendationsinteraction, and api/events/flagged, depending on the event type. This new structure lays the groundwork for supporting additional event types beyond search recommendations. The search recommendations endpoint remains unchanged as api/recommendations.

Reviewer guidance

• Import from other channels using the search recommendations feature
• Interact with recommendations for example, click the not relevant icon, show more,
• Open the devtools network tab and ensure that the enpoints updates are present.

Code is decently tested and tests have been updated. Observed no issues in testing
