Fix selection on inherit metadata

Summary

Description of the change(s) you made

• Select all new uploaded nodes when the inherit metadata modal is open. And select just the first one after inherit modal is closed.
• Reset closed modal state when new files are uploaded.

Manual verification steps performed

1. Verified uploading multiple files.
2. Verified uploading just one file.
3. Verified uploading more files.
4. Verified reloading the page.
