Summary

Description of the change(s) you made

  • Removes views, utils, management commands that are not in current use
  • Removes accumulated cruft from the root of the directory
  • Cleans up some documentation and performance tests that were out of date

Manual verification steps performed

I just ran the devserver so far and everything seemed to run fine.
