Trash page - Missing pagination

Observed behavior

Observed by @radinamatic - a user is not able to see newly deleted resources if there is a large number of previously deleted resouces:

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to https://studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in
2. Open a channel with multiple deleted resources and open the Trash page
3. Observe that recently deleted resources are not visible
