Update `RecommendedResourceCard` post-MVP to ensure no test strings

Expected behavior

For the MVP implementation of the RecommendedResourceCard, some placeholder strings were used in order to QA and finish the card before the full feature was hooked up.

While this cleanup should happen in the regular course of finalizing this work, this tracking issue is to just ensure that there are no unwrapped strings anywhere remaining in the related vue components.
