Block editing KCard and BaseCard in studio

Desired behavior

We're temporarily blocking edits to the two new KCard and BaseCard components recently merged into Studio via this pull request PR: #4480. This is a temporary measure, and these components will be removed once the KCard is fully developed and released within the KDS repository.
