Copying a resource to the clipboard fails within 'Import from other channels' modal

Observed behavior

Using the Import from other channels modal to search for content, when you attempt to copy a resource to your clipboard, the attempt fails with a 412 precondition error.

Expected behavior

Users should be able to copy resources to their clipboard using the clipboard icon on each resource shown when searching within the Import from other channels modal

User-facing consequences

Frustration at broken features that are useful for curating content, i.e. searching for resources and copying them to the clipboard

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Open an editable channel
2. Click ADD
3. Click 'Import from other channels'
4. Perform a search for content
5. Click on the clipboard icon for a resource in search results
6. Observe failure
