Updates post-string-review before release

This is a tracking issue for any miscellaneous string cleanup before translation begins, after @radinamatic and Carine complete the string review.

Any and all release-blocking changes should be tracked here and merged in 1 PR for minimal confusion.

• Remove ValidationStrings.context: An error message displayed when some information required before publishing a channel is missing, for example when a resource has no license set. Which is context but was extracted as a message, to reduce our word count.
