Clicking on the result cards of "import from other channel search" stalls

Observed behavior

When "import from other channel search" result cards come up and we click on it to see the contentnode details, the spinner keeps on loading.

Expected behavior

We should be able to click on the result card and see the contentnode details.

User-facing consequences

User not able to explore content.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Open a channel
2. Click on "add" then click on "import from other channels"
3. Use search by entering a keyword like "combustion fuels"
4. Click on the result card that comes up
5. You will notice that the spinner keeps on loading
