Edit details - 'Failed to load content' error

Observed behavior

Every time I create a new folder/attempt to edit a folder or edit a resource I am getting a 'Failed to load content' error.

Expected behavior

Fully functional 'Edit details' modal.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to https://hotfixes.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in
2. Open any channel and attempt to create a new folder or edit an existing folder
3. Also attempt to upload a resource or edit it.
