Edit video details - 'ConstantStrings.video_dependency' string is displayed

Observed behavior

When I go to a video's Edit details page I see a 'ConstantStrings.video_dependency' string in the 'Preview files' section

Expected behavior

The correct string should be displayed instead.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to https://hotfixes.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in.
2. Click on a channel to open the channel editor.
3. Find a video resource and click 'Edit details'
4. Take a look at the 'Preview files' section - there's a 'ConstantStrings.video_dependency' string
