Unstable - Storage used is not being displayed

Observed behavior

When I go to Storage > Storage I don't see the percent storage used. Instead there's a loading icon and a failed request error in the console.

Expected behavior

Correctly displayed percent of storage used

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to https://unstable.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in
2. Go to Settings > Storage
