Saved searches - My saved search gets duplicated

Observed behavior

My saved searches get duplicated.

Expected behavior

The saved searches should not get duplicated.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Sign in to studio and open an editable channel
2. Click the "ADD" dropdown button and select "Import from channels"
3. Type a search term in the search field and click the "SEARCH" button
4. Click "Save search" and verify that the search term is saved correctly by clicking "View saved searches"
5. Close the window and click again the "ADD" dropdown button and select "Import from channels"
6. Click "View saved searches" and observe that the search term is duplicated. Note that this happens for every new search term that I add.

I can replicate the same issue: saved search appears as single after it's first added, but when the modal is opened again, there is a copy.
