On the Exercise > Edit Details page the Assessment options drop-down has some options with inconsistent order in terms of UI.

How to reproduce

1. Login to Studio
2. Click a channel with an existing exercise
3. Click the Edit details icon
4. Scroll down to Assessment options drop-down and click it
5. See the order of the options - 10 in a row, 2 in a row, 3 in a row, 5 in a row

These options must be in logical sequence: 2 in a row, 3 in a row, 5 in a row, 10 in a row

This error does still seem to be happening - 10 in a row is appearing before 2 in a row, etc, because of what I assume is a simple alphabetical sort.

Right now I have made some PRs on all the previously assigned issues

So i am waiting for the reviewers to review the changes and merge the PRs
