The div created to stick the element must have the same height of the parent element, at least when the parent element is diferent than the real parent (defined in options)

Not sure this makes sense, if you have a spacer that goes horizontally along the top of the content contained by the parent and you make it the height of the parent then all the content will be pushed down. |
