Add option to set transliteration direction in web interface URL

Add an option in the Web UI URL to set the transliteration direction, similar to the lang argument to set the language.

Default should remain s2r.

This is fixed in test. @RandyBarry now you can use the dir option in the URL to set a default direction e.g., <scriptshifter URL>?dir=r2s&lang=russian or the other way around, <scriptshifter URL>?lang=mongolian_mongol_bichig&dir=r2s.

You may have either or both or none of the options in any order. Just make sure that the first is preceded by ? and the two are separated by &, as in the example.

Any other value than r2s sets the default script-to-Roman direction.

You can share and bookmark URLs individually in your browser for any combination of options.

Stefano, The “lang” selection works but not the “dir” selection. I tried it listing it first and second. Yes, the direction parameter is working for me now in all regions where I have tested
