Add timestamp to sign in/out

Add a timestamp along with the date in the sign in/out table for better tracking of where items are and when

I need more context for this. Which table? And why? The tables which show logs already have timestamps.

The tables only show the date, the previous site showed the time that it was signed out, this may be helpful in determining where the item is at a given time.
