Ran the basic tutorial and added cost calculation

Hi, the original readme mentions that free tier is sufficient. Does running the tutorial actually charge this much? |

The model plus dependencies should be around 10-15Gb which I believe should be covered by the free tier. The main cost arises if you’d like to download the entire CpGCorpus (>500Gb) |

This will allow users to be warned about their cost obligations to AWS and calculate an estimate of download costs.
