Changes:

  1. Added more seed nodes.
  2. Reduced wallet LSN reset calls; use the backup command or shut down the daemon before moving wallets to another machine. (Backported from v0.17.4.)
  3. Updated the build process to match v0.17.4. This should make it more compatible with older GLIB.
  4. Updated the minimum chain work and tweaked cache numbers.
