[UI] Fix broken image and deployment carousel layout on the Meshery Operator page

Current Behavior

On the [Meshery Operator page](https://layer5.io/cloud-native-management/meshery/meshery-operator), two visual issues are present:

1. Broken Meshery Operator image

   The Meshery Operator image displayed near the top of the page is not loading correctly and appears as a broken image icon.

2. Deployments carousel layout is broken

   The content within the Deployments section is not displayed correctly. The carousel content appears misaligned and partially clipped, making the deployment information difficult to read and navigate.

Expected Behavior

• The Meshery Operator image should load and display correctly.
• The Deployments carousel should properly display its images, headings, descriptions, and navigation controls without clipping or layout issues.
• The section should remain responsive across different screen sizes.

I noticed that PR #7970 is already open for this issue. Is the issue still available for another contributor, or should I look for another first-timers-only issue?
