Need a checklist/rubric in place for code contributions

In a new document called CONVENTIONS.md it'd be good to have a checklist in place to assess contributions.

How would you like this formatted? Is it just a counter (showing how many issues a student has contributed to), or do you want more details?

Sorry for the late reply. It'd be nice to at least say in English how the code should be. There's a start at it in CONVENTIONS.md.

It of course, would also be nice to do what you suggest: showing a counter of issues a student has contributed to.
