What was added:
- System tray icon (H.NotifyIcon.Wpf 2.2.1) — app stays in tray when window is closed
- Left-click tray icon restores the window
- Right-click context menu: Show SysManager / Exit
- Tooltip shows live CPU load, RAM usage, and uptime (updated every 60s)
- Windows toast notifications with 4h cooldown per type:
- RAM > 90%: suggests closing unused apps
- Uptime > 14 days: recommends restart
- Disk health degraded: suggests backup
- ShutdownMode.OnExplicitShutdown keeps app alive when minimized
Files added: TrayIconService.cs

Tests: 10 new unit tests

Problem
The app only works when the window is open. No background monitoring.
Proposed solution
Add system tray icon (Hardcodet.NotifyIcon.Wpf) with: minimize-to-tray, quick status tooltip (RAM/CPU), Windows notifications when something needs attention (disk space low, battery degraded, high uptime).
