[Enhancement]: Architecture — Replace ModernWpfUI with WPF UI (wpfui) #258

Description

@laurentiu021

Problem

ModernWpfUI (v0.9.6) is abandoned — last commit 2022, no .NET 8+ testing.

Proposed solution

Migrate to WPF UI (github.com/lepoco/wpfui) — actively maintained, Windows 11 design, Mica/Acrylic backdrop, Fluent icons, proper dark/light theme.

Affected tab

Application-wide (all 36 views)

Effort

High — visual regression risk, needs thorough testing

    Superseded by #317 which tracks the same ModernWpfUI replacement with more detail. Closing.

    Reopening: ModernWpfUI 0.9.6 is still in use. Migration to WPF-UI (lepoco/wpfui) never happened.

    Duplicate of #462. Research completed — recommendation is to migrate (small effort, ~1-2 hours). See issue #462 for full analysis with pros/cons, breaking changes, and migration plan.
