   Implemented in v0.44.0 (PR #284)

   What was added:

   • Local applications (not managed by winget) can now be uninstalled directly from the Uninstaller tab
   • The service reads UninstallString / QuietUninstallString from registry during scan
   • When uninstalling a local app, the registry command is executed directly instead of going through winget
   • ParseUninstallCommand handles: quoted paths, MsiExec (auto-converts /I to /X, adds /quiet), rundll32, and unquoted .exe paths

   Files changed:

   • \InstalledApp.cs\ — added UninstallString, QuietUninstallString properties
   • \UninstallerService.cs\ — registry enrichment + UninstallLocalAsync + ParseUninstallCommand
   • \UninstallerViewModel.cs\ — routing logic for local vs winget apps
   • \UninstallerView.xaml\ — updated Local badge tooltip

   Tests: 8 new unit tests for ParseUninstallCommand (all parsing branches covered)
