Add an UI that allows to filter IPs

**Feature description**
Add an UI to filter the scanned IPs by *network status code* or *http status* code, and the respective backend work.

**Possible implementation**
- [ ] A `Dialog`
- [ ] Inside, a `ListView`
- [ ] The delegate should be a `CheckDelegate`
