Sometimes games would just run as many FPS as they have, regardless of the configuration of the frames per second in the configuration.

Relates to #90

This time around the configuration is taken into account (the window name updates, for example) and it manifests on local builds as well.

Hint: switching from low-power mode to full power mode seems to affect this. Maybe the problem has always been there and masked by crap hardware / low battery settings.
