run haproxy osmi-bench by hand on one processor with 2 gpus

make sure all steps work on rivanna

cd to source
for example.

cd /sctarch/$USER/cm/5/osmi-bench

I suggest you set up the same dir names although env.sh is written in a way that it takes pwd

1. activate apptainer and python
   source env.sh
2. login with
   sh login-2.sh
3. in node activate env
   sh env.sh
4. cd benchmark

from here on we need to develop the python script. we use os.system

7. now we develop python test-haproxy.py you can do python test-haproxy-jp.py

q. figure out a way to see if all services run

8. identify what the benchmark is
9. run the benchmark script make sure we can observe progress
