v0.3.2.0 chore: refresh dependencies and adopt TypeScript 7

Summary

• Run pnpm upgrade --latest across direct dependencies. pnpm outdated --format list is empty.
• Use the TypeScript 7.0.2 native tsc through @typescript/native and retain the TypeScript 6 compiler API alias required by ESLint and other tooling.
• Migrate Sentry 11, MSW 3, Vitest 5, Storybook 10.6, and Motion 14 integrations. Move test-only server MSW initialization to the Next.js instrumentation hook and update the generated worker script.
• Update version, changelog, and toolchain documentation.

Validation

• pnpm install --frozen-lockfile
• pnpm test run --coverage — 102 files, 1,371 tests passed
• pnpm lint
• pnpm typecheck — TypeScript 7.0.2
• pnpm build
• pnpm e2e:parallel — 12/12 shards passed
• git diff --check and Prettier check

Compatibility notes

pnpm peers check still reports upstream peer-range mismatches: the TypeScript 6 compatibility package advertises 6.0.2 although its compiler API reports 6.0.3; Vitest 5's optional MSW peer names v2; and existing jsx-a11y, CSS tools, and tailwindcss-animate ranges lag current releases. Runtime, lint, build, unit, and E2E validation above passed with the installed versions.

No screens were changed directly, so this PR has no screen attachment.
