US State documentation needs to be updated

Hey Guys,

This page no longer matches v1.1.0 of the us-state package

I am not sure how you generated these pages (I know its generated markdown but I'm not sure if you used a specific tool?), if you could let me know how you guys generated them I'd be happy to update it myself.
