Support for AWS Bedrock API Keys in ChatBedrock and ChatBedrockConverse

AWS Bedrock supports API Keys, ref - https://docs.aws.amazon.com/bedrock/latest/userguide/api-keys.html

An Example on how they access it with API Keys: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/bedrock/latest/userguide/getting-started-api-keys.html

However, in both classes' documentation, I don't see any parameter with which we can pass this API Key, like in the case of ChatOpenAI or other API Key-based clients

I wasn't really able to find anything regarding this in the documentation, as well as the existing issues, so raising this new issue. Please let me know if I am just missing something, or if this is something that has yet to be implemented

As of langchain-aws >=0.28.0, you can set the AWS_BEARER_TOKEN_BEDROCK environment variable to your API key, and it should be picked up for the Bedrock service request.

For example:

import os                      
os.environ['AWS_BEARER_TOKEN_BEDROCK'] = "${api-key}"
