Would be nice to have a slim version of the package dependencies

Hi!

First of all, thank you for the amazing tool!

I found that current dependencies occupy around ~870MB.

It prevents some usages like uploading some parts to a lambda layer, whose maximum allowed size is ~250MB.

Would it be really nice if you could offer a [slim] version, or something alike, without the heavyweight dependencies.

Hey @Eric-Canas, glad you are finding it useful! Good point, I don't have much time to look into it now but I'll add it to my list. I believe most of the heavy packages are things like scipy and cv2 which I can probably remove if I move them behind the tool endpoints.
