Support CREATE CATALOG with namespace integration #2
Description
integrate with various catalogs through Lance Namespace (refer to lance-spark, lance-trino for similar integrations)
This will allow us to do CREATE CATALOG in Flink SQL and subsequently implement all database and table discovery DDLs.
