Update RPC StateReader using "production" blockifier rev="256e2a6bb600963c26c43bf64c53f5b91985a290" #1131

While testing some executions in SiR we have found that some of them return different results than in blockifier. Upgrading to last version we can check if the production blockifier version has changed too much and upgrade our SiR implementation as well.
