It should return an error, but instead it doesn't.

The accounts used were the above mentioned Cairo 1 account, compiled with Cairo v2.2.0 compiler.
Sierra representation - braavos.txt

Events contract - events.txt, compiled with Cairo v2.0.1 compiler.
Sierra representation - events_2.0.1_compiler.txt.

Workflow is as follows:

1. Deploy account
2. Deploy events contract
3. Invoke emit_event of events contract via account from step 1.
4. Expect to fail, because execute method has panic_with_felt252('panic');

Do you have an example test case like in the other issue? It would be of great help.

I'm looking into it now.

I also noticed that the cairo 1 account fails to compile, fixed it by adding a use result::ResultTrait;

Unfortunately, I dont have an example testnet setup.

I tried to replicate the bug, but in my test case it succesfully panics with the correct message 'panic'.
