Audio Quality Changes When Unsilence Is Executed

Describe the bug
The audio quality changes when unsilence is executed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run "unsilence {file_path} {output_file} -ss 35 -sl -45 -y" on .mp4 videos
2. For the output files, the audio quality changes - also in places where no speed increase has been applied, high frequency noise can be heard.

Expected behavior
The speed increases in places where the silence level is below the threshold. The audio quality does not change.
